What you send us

The contact form asks for your name, phone number, and what is going on. Email is optional. A hidden field and a short timing check are there to drop automated submissions. Those checks are not stored as a profile.

If you call or text (812) 677-8484, your phone company shows us the number you called from, and we keep what we need to do the job.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you, schedule the work, and keep a record of the conversation. The form is emailed to the people who answer the phone, through our email provider, Resend. We do not sell the information, and we do not use it for advertising lists.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and, when it is turned on, Google Analytics. Those tools record pages visited and general device details so we can see which pages are used. You can block cookies in your browser. The site still works if you do.

Book Online

Book Online opens a HomeGuide page that we do not operate. What you type there is covered by HomeGuide, not by this policy.

How long it stays

We keep a request for as long as we need it for the job and for our own records. Email us through the contact form, or call, if you want a copy of what we have or want it deleted. We will do that unless we have to keep it for a legal reason.
